I am going to be offering a weekly craft or sewing tip.
This week's tip:
When winding thread on a bobbin, wind two at a time. You always use up the bobbin before the spool. This way you have a backup to load into your machine in the middle of a project!
Great tip!
ReplyDeleteI'm too anxious to get sewing again! I run out in the middle of a seam...but it is a good idea. Maybe I should just prepare for the event and wind lots at the same time....hhmmmm
ReplyDeleteTrue... but I also only have one spare and a funny sized bobbin. I tend to be annoyed when I cant change thread :) of course buying more bobbins would alleviate that and save me some time :)
